Phase I

Replacement of the utility water meters with new water meters by the NYC DEP, after which the Live Buildings Efficiency System was installed tracking water, gas, and electricity.

Phase II

Deployment of Live Riser Smart Water Grid, and Leak inspections. The campus True Water FootPrint was brought down to 115 GUD. Live Buildings continues to provide savings from Leak Detection Alerts to onsite staff.
